“You’re not lost, you’re on an adventure
to find yourself.”

I’m an art therapist and counselor who believes that creativity is one of the most powerful tools we have for healing. I work primarily with adults who are navigating mental health challenges, trauma, or grief—and together we use art to explore the stories, emotions, and experiences that don’t always fit neatly into words.

My approach is collaborative, intuitive, and a little bit adventurous. I blend art-making with narrative therapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness—and I often invite nature into the process. That might mean gathering leaves as art materials, sitting outside, going for a hike together, or simply using the natural world as a reminder that growth comes in cycles and healing isn’t linear (and neither is art!).

I don’t believe in “fixing” people. I believe in honoring your resilience, your creativity, and the many parts of your story that have gotten you this far. Together, we make space to slow down, get curious, and create meaning—even in the midst of uncertainty or heartache.

At its core, my work is about connection: to self, to body, to story, to imagination, to nature. And of course, to the messy, beautiful humanity we all share.
